Procedure for applying Lifetime Permit for possession and consumption of Foreign Liquor in the State of Maharashtra (F.L.X-C).

• Go to: https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in/
• Click on : New User ? Register Here button
• Create your login
• After Login Select Home Department
• Inside Home Department Select Sub Department As State Excise Department
• Select “Permit for purchase, possession, transport, use and consumption of Foreign Liquor and Country Liquor in the State of Maharashtra (Annual or lifelong Permit) i.e. license in Form FL-XC granted under the Mumbai Foreign Liquor Rules,1953”
• You will be taken to https://exciseservices.mahaonline.gov.in/. Select Point 11 for F.L X-C
• Enter the details required. Click submit.
• Upload Photo, Signature, Aadhar Card. Click submit.
• Make Payment.
